Declaration and Amendments
Amendment – September 9, 2014 Sections 8.3 and 8.4(a) > Section 8.3: Adds that the windows are within the vertical boundaries of the building. Section 8.4(a): Corrects a typo.
Amendment – November 13, 2015 Section 8.4 > Shifted the responsibility of window replacement from the Unit Owner to the Association.
Amendment – December 3, 2025 Section 9.6.1 > Creates a new section establishing smoking restrictions on The Algonquin Association property.
Bylaws and Amendments
Amendment – June 16, 2005 Article 3, Section A > Unit owners employed by the Association cannot serve on the Board.
Amendment – July 12, 2005 Article 5, Section L > Limits what can be placed in common areas except in accordance with Board guidelines.
Amendment – July 12, 2005 Article 5, Section H (a)(b) > Defines restrictions on leasing of condominium units.
